Inputs shall be taken from the business objective for the fiscal year. Goals shall be identified/revisited in each financial year. These goals can be considered for revision after half year if required.

The metrics applicable for various BU’s needs to be defined along with their metrics definitions and guidelines for the various type of Projects.

Statistical threshold should be defined for selected Metrics. Metrics Baseline Report is referred for identifying threshold. If a new goal/metric has been proposed for which baseline is not available for defining statistical threshold, management defined threshold shall be used till that time that sufficient date for baseline is available. These metrics along with threshold collated by quality group shall be proposed to Quality head for approval as Engineering Quality Goals for the fiscal year.
